It's currently 20 minutes past midnight, and I think I'm either too excited or too scared to sleep. I'll need to start getting ready to head to the airport in a couple hours, so I figure I should just stay up now and sleep on the plane.
In the meantime...I'm all packed and ready to go:
Placement supplies? Check.
Passport? Check.
Clothes? Check.
Music and books? Check.
Toilet paper, meds, and hand sanitizer? CHECK.
READY!
We're very excited to share this experience with you and maybe inspire you to think about taking a similar trip! Vacations are always great, but when you can combine it with an opportunity to give back to a community, it makes the trip even more special.
